PERFORMANCE ISSUES:

Review of performance is both objective (based on data pulled from logs) and subjective (based on officer discussion). If your DPS is not within X% of top for your class, expect to hear from us. If your DPS is very high but you slack on mechanics, expect to hear from us. If we feel that you're not using class abilities, tank or healing CDs, or defensive CDs to the fullest extent, expect to hear from us. We will provide you with log data and feedback, and we expect raiders to be receptive to this conversation, not defensive. Any discussion of your performance is not a personal attack, it's our attempt to keep you on our team. We expect all of our raiders to be mature about any such discussions.

We also understand that everyone has an off night where nothing they do seems to go right. But consistent poor performance results in lack of progression, and it will result in being cut from the team.

ATTENDANCE:

Lack of raider attendance is the death of any raid. To avoid this fate, Dispositive has a strict attendance policy.

Raiders must maintain 95% attendance.

Attendance is reviewed over a rolling 3-month period. In general this results in 13 weeks with 2 raids each, so in order to maintain 95% attendance you must have 25/26 raid attendance within any rolling 3 month period.

Absences must be announced in advance, at least 24 hours prior to raid time.

If you fail to attend a raid, the date of your absence will be documented. If you fail to attend a second raid within 13 weeks of that date you will be demoted to Recruit rank, and the date of your second absence will be documented. If you maintain 100% attendance for the next 4 weeks, your rank will be restored. However, if you fail to attend a third raid within 13 weeks of the date of your second absence, expect to hear from us regarding your future position on the raid team.

Be aware that any attendance issues of NCNS (no call, no show) will result in removal from the raid team - unless you have an extenuating circumstance, such as an accident or family emergency.

RANKS:

GUILD LEADER – Aloraluna. Alora is also heal lead.

CO-GUILD LEADER – Zandaam. Zan is tank lead.

OFFICER – Officers and officer alts.

F/F -- This is where everyone else's alts will live, along with any friends and family who are invited. This rank has no access to the guild bank. Alts who are raid-ready will be reviewed by the officer team and promoted to Raider if they meet standard.

RAIDER is the default raiding rank. A raider meets all standards: within X percent of top performance for their class/spec, and 95% attendance. Guild leader/officers are equivalent to raider rank for DKP/raid spot priority, assuming their performance and attendance meets standards. Raiders get priority on DKP and raid spots.

RECRUIT is both new recruits and anyone on attendance probation. New recruits have a 30 day probation period during which they remain at this rank. Recruits (both new and attendance probation) earn DKP but may only receive loot if Raiders have passed.

  • Recruits who have 100% attendance and meet performance standards in the first month will be promoted to raider at the end of 30 days.
  • Recruits who meet attendance but do not quite meet performance standards yet show potential will be considered individually.
  • Any new recruit who does not have 100% attendance during the probation period will be booted.
